Copyright Policy (DMCA)

1. Ownership of Content

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

SkyExchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and applicable laws.

6. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, submit a counter-notice to copyright@skyxchange.co.in containing:

• Identification of the removed content and its original URL.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by error.
• Your consent to jurisdiction and a statement that you will accept service of process.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this Copyright Policy at any time. The “Date” at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of SkyExchange com after changes implies acceptance.
